Dual ambient cooler

9 Days, see note #2

Refrigerated cooler

13 Days, see note #3

Freezer

15 Days, see note #4

Proofer

Notes:

#2- Installations start from when the trucks are ready to be unloaded and includes all mechanical installation of the spiral and infeed and discharge conveyors. Time for electrical has to be added (use 3 days), control panel arrives pre wired.

#3- Installation start from when the truck is ready to be unloaded and includes all mechanical installation of the enclosure, spiral, coils, fans, baffle walls, lighting, infeed and discharge conveyors. #4- Installation starts from when the truck is ready to be unloaded and includes all mechanical installation of the enclosure, spiral, coils, fans, baffle walls, lighting, infeed and discharge conveyors. Time for electrical has to be added(use 5 days), control panel arrives pre wired. Flooring has to be ready and suitable for freezer conditions(cured for 30 days). Does not include piping or high side equipment

#5- Installation starts from when the truck is ready to be unloaded and includes all mechanical installation of the enclosure, spiral, air handling system, ductwork, lighting, infeed and discharge conveyors. Time for electrical has to be added(use 2 days), control panel arrives pre wired.

The above times are standard and normal and can be met 95% of the time. If you need shorter times additional people can be added. Flooring for freezers has to be pre planned and can be pre-poured. Non skid protective coating is recommended over stainless steel.
Electrical time addition is dependent on local codes and customer preferences as to conduit, wiring, controls. On your next spiral project which requires good planning, a written timeline which will be met, and quick installation times, give us a call.
