All You Need To KnowAccumulation/Batch SystemJust imagine, you don't have any space but need to batch process or hold a product for a period of time. Our new application gives you the ability to use vertical height to maximize your floor space area, while allowing your process to feed into the system and out of the system at floor level. Only takes one person to operate.
Product Flow:One person hand loads products at the infeed, products travel on the moving belt into the system (box can be hot, cold, or freezing) through the system until fully loaded. Once system is loaded, products are subjected to whatever time/temperatures conditions you want, then system is "reversed" and same person unloads at the same place they loaded.
